Exhibitor Registration
For EMCs/ETCs/Trade Facilitators
For trade facilitators only. Trade facilitators including EMCs/ETCs, foreign trade offices, consulates, buying missions, binational chambers of commerce, trade-related government agencies and organizations, shippers, and other export-service providers are welcome. Exhibitors need not bring elaborate displays, but please register early as space is limited.
Exhibitor Fee - $125
Fee includes participation for two representatives at all sessions, conference materials, a 6’ x 30” draped table with two seats in the exhibit area, wireless Internet, a one-page profile in the Conference Directory, breakfast, luncheon, and reception.
Conference Directory:
The conference directory contains profiles of all exhibitors. Information includes description of company/organization, specific interests, products or services, and any country specialization. To guarantee your inclusion in the Conference Directory, registration must be received by August 31, 2011.

Booth Location:
Exhibit location will be determined by SBA. Exhibitors will be notified of their location onsite.
Exhibit Setup:
September 14, 2011, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.
Exhibit Tear-Down:
After 5:30 p.m. on September 14, 2011

Security:
The Wyndham has 24-hour hotel security, and all levels are monitored with cameras. When not at your booth/table area, please take all valuables with you.

Shipping Window:
Please ship all materials so that they will arrive no later than Monday, September 12, by close of business.
Rules and Regulations
Eligibility. SBA and Cabezon Group, Inc. reserve the right to accept or reject exhibitors. Any rejected exhibitors will be refunded the exhibitor fee.
General Conduct. The general rule in the exhibit area is: Be a good neighbor.
Liability. The exhibitor agrees to protect, save, and hold Cabezon Group harmless for any damages or charges imposed for violations of any law or ordinance, whether occasioned by the negligence of the exhibitor or those holding under the exhibitor as well as to strictly comply with the applicable terms and conditions contained in the agreement between the Wyndham Tampa Westshore and Cabezon Group regarding the exhibition premises and further, exhibitor shall at all times protect, indemnify, save, and hold harmless Cabezon Group against and from any and all losses, costs (including attorney fees), damages, liability, or expense arising from or out of or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrence to any person or persons, including the exhibitor, its agents, employees and business invitees, which arises from or out of or by reason of said exhibitor’s occupancy and the use of the exhibition premises or part hereof. Cabezon Group cannot assume responsibility for the safety of the property of the exhibitor, its officers, or employees from theft, damage by fire, accident, or other causes, but will use all reasonable care to protect them against such loss. In all cases, occupants wishing to insure their property must do so at their own expense. It is especially recommended that all occupants have representatives in attendance at all times when the exhibits are open, especially when exhibits are being set up or dismantled, to protect against loss.
Force Majeure. Cabezon Group shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or delay due to strikes, lockouts, Acts of God, governmental restrictions, enemy action, civil commotion, unavoidable casualty, or other cause similar or dissimilar beyond the control of Cabezon Group.
Rules. Cabezon Group reserves the right to make changes, amendments, and additions to these rules as considered advisable for the proper conduct of the exhibit, with the provision the exhibitors will be advised of any such changes.
